Servecentric wins €600K hosting deal with KENEXA - the tenth fastest growing tech company in the U.S.

Servecentric, the data centre managed services company, today announced it has won a €600k managed hosting deal with Kenexa (NASDAQ:KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources. The announcement follows Kenexa’s decision to grow its European operations by opening an Irish office in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This is expected to create 30 jobs by the end of 2010.

Kenexa is a global leader in the provision of talent management and retention solutions through a combination of software, business processes and expert consulting. Currently it has over 1,400 employees throughout the world and delivers its services to more than 4,000 organisations located in more than 200 countries and territories. This includes four of the top five biggest employers in the world. Kenexa was recently ranked the number ten fastest growing technology company in the U.S. by Forbes magazine.

As an ongoing strategy to support its increasing European customer base, Kenexa made the decision to open an office in Dundalk, Ireland. To support this expansion and to bring its IT infrastructure closer to its European customer base, it began an exhaustive search of top-tier Irish data centres. Servecentric proved to be the one data centre that could reach all of Kenexa’s exacting criteria, which included meeting the highest levels of capacity, resilience and security.

Servecentric’s award of the ISO 27001 information security management standard and its high profile blue chip multinational clients were other key selection factors.
