Aidan Donnelly
Chief Executive Officer

Aidan Donnelly is CEO and a director of Servecentric. With extensive business experience and background in corporate management, his leadership has helped the firm become one of Ireland's leading data-centres. He was CEO of a number of American multinational companies with operations in Ireland, including Xerox (Europe) Ltd, Cabletron Systems, Quantum Peripheral Products and Puritan-Bennett, and previously held senior management positions in Digital Equipment Corporation. He is a director of a number of leading Irish technology companies, including Cameo Ventures Ltd, iQon Technologies Ltd and SmartHomes Ltd, and is chairman of an Irish State Agency, the National Oil Reserve Agency (NORA). He holds a Bachelor in Science and an M.B.A from NUI Galway and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from University College Dublin.


Eddie Lyons
Operations Manager

Eddie has been working with Microsoft products for over 15 years, with responsibility for up to a thousand desktop and server systems at any one time. His background is primarily in the Financial Services sector, having worked in some of Ireland’s largest financial institutions. He has many years of experience in Internet data centres and the managed hosting market, with particular responsibility for application management. Previous roles have included Technical Analyst, Project Manager, Systems Architect and Installations Manager. Educational qualifications include a B. Sc. in computer systems and extensive Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer plus Internet (MCSE+I) on the Windows NT4 platform and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on the Windows 2000 platform and MCDBA.


Helga Muir
Sales and Marketing Manager

Helga is responsible for sales and business development strategy for the company’s managed services and data centre business. Before joining Servecentric, Helga was corporate account manager with Magnet Networks. She also co-founded the Original Pasty Company, where she was sales director for two years. Prior to this, she spent three years as strategic development manager with Energis.
