As part of our managed services growth strategy, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Martin McDermott as Senior Systems Consultant. Martin will work closely with our management team to develop and roll out new managed services and cloud solutions to our clients.  Martin will also work closely with our engineering and 24/7 service desk teams to deliver continuous improvement of our current services portfolio from a technical perspective.

Martin holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering and has over 10 years experience, including 7 years with iCONX Solutions where he held the position of Senior Networks and Operations Engineer. He has significant experience in delivering solutions based on Microsoft Infrastructure and cloud stacks. Martin has also led internal teams to deliver ISO27001 (Information Security) and ISO22301 (Business Continuity) certification.
